Technology Equipment Study Support Grant
Achieving Potential Support Scholarship
The Faculty of Information Technology is seeking to improve access and
participation to tertiary education for a range of equity defined groups. To
support this initiative the Faculty is providing this grant to support
students in their transition to University.
Am I eligible?
You must be one of the following:
An Australian citizen
A New Zealand citizen
Australian permanent resident
Australian humanitarian visa holder
You must meet the following criteria:
Commencing student intending to enrol in either the Bachelor of
Information Technology or Bachelor of Computer Science degrees in the
Faculty of Information Technology at a Monash campus in Australia.
Have a low income or from a regional area.
Benefits
$3000 one-off payment.
Number offered
100 scholarships available per year.
Selection criteria
Consideration is given if, in addition to being a low income earner or you
are from a regional area, you experience other forms of educational
disadvantage.
To retain this scholarship:
You must maintain a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 50 each semester.

Students apply directly to Monash.
This scholarship cannot be deferred.
