The ‘Strive Towards Science Award’ was established in 2015 and is funded by Vivvek Gargi.
The main purpose of the Award is to support an undergraduate student enrolling in the first year of a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) at the University of Auckland who has been selected to participate in the Science Scholars programme and exhibits intellectual curiosity and a passion for science in a broad context.
