A Scholarship of up to $5,000pa for a domestic or international student enrolling full-time or part-time in a BE(Hons) in Civil Engineering.

The Scholarship was established in 2015 in memory of Ken Lim who graduated with a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Auckland in 1980. He moved to New Zealand from Malaysia at the age of 20, and this scholarship is intended to support students in similar situations.
The main purpose of the Scholarship is to encourage and support students undertaking a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering and for whom the financial contribution would make a significant contribution to their financial needs.
