EligibilityThe donor, Jenny Kingsland, would like to support a woman studying a STEM subject, who sees a future career in science or research. Preference will be given to those studying the Sciences. To be eligible for this scholarship you need to be 'Home' for fees.
Scholarship applications are considered by an academic selection panel, with the chosen recipient being awarded the scholarship when they register on their course in September 2023.

SponsorsJenny Kingsland studied Biology at Sussex, graduating in 1970 with a BSc in Biology. She went on to have a career at Sheffield University, where she worked on carbon dating with organisations including English heritage. She feels studying at Sussex created so many opportunities for her that she would like to provide similar opportunities for women in the sciences today.
