Benefits

This scholarship will provide an annual stipend allowance of $7000 per annum and is subject to satisfactory academic performance.

A successful Master of Philosophy (MPhil) recipient may be awarded the scholarship for up to 1.75 years.

A successful Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) may be awarded the scholarship for up to three years.

Who's eligible

You must:

  • be a domestic or international student
  • hold an RTP or University of Sydney primary stipend scholarship
  • All other criteria are outlined in the 2023 Guidelines.

    Background

    The aims of the scheme are to attract new postgraduate students to housing, homelessness, cities, urban policy and related disciplines, to develop the quantity and quality of the research talent in the AHURI network and to maintain and improve the standard of the AHURI National Housing Research Program (NHRP).
